Nokia Recalls 46 Million Cell Phone Batteries

Nokia recently announced that they were recalling 46 million cubicle phone batteries because of faults that could motive them to overheat. The grippedbatteries were manufactured by Matsushita between December 2005 and November 2006. The poser number is BL-5C. Nokia states that there were hundreds of reports worldwide, but no significant injuries or property expenseresulted from them. “Consumers with a BL-5C battery business to this advisory should note that all of the close to 100 incidents experience occurred while charging the battery,” the Finnish cast said. “According to Nokia’s learning this issue does not modify any other use of the mobile gadget.”
